  • Course refunds are available within 14 days of initial enrollment if less than 25% of course materials have been accessed
  • Technical issues preventing course access that cannot be resolved within 72 hours qualify for full refunds
  • Workshop cancellations initiated by FlowDigitalForce result in automatic full refunds or transfer to future sessions
  • Consultation services can be refunded if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • Certification programs have specific refund windows outlined in individual program agreements

Please note: Digital materials that have been downloaded or accessed extensively may not qualify for refunds due to the nature of intellectual property protection.
