Kieran Delacroix

Chief Technology Officer

Kieran joined FlowDigitalForce in early 2024 after spending six years developing consensus mechanisms for distributed networks. His approach to blockchain scalability focuses on practical implementations rather than theoretical frameworks. Before moving to the Philippines, he worked with development teams across Southeast Asia on cross-border payment systems.

Background & Focus

Previously led infrastructure projects for fintech startups in Singapore and Malaysia. Holds certifications in distributed systems architecture. Currently researching layer-2 solutions for high-throughput applications. Speaks at blockchain conferences throughout the region when his schedule permits.

Technical Precision

Every line of code we write gets reviewed by at least two team members. We believe small mistakes compound into big problems, so we catch issues early through rigorous testing protocols.

Local Impact

Working from Davao City gives us perspective on what blockchain technology can do for emerging markets. We design solutions that work reliably even with inconsistent internet connections.

Pragmatic Innovation

We don't chase trends just because they're popular. Our team evaluates new technologies based on whether they solve real problems for real users in measurable ways.

How We Work Together

Our office in Ocean Cove operates on a hybrid schedule that accommodates both early birds and night owls. Some developers prefer working when the city is quiet, while others thrive during busy afternoon hours. We've found this flexibility actually improves our code quality since people contribute when they're most focused.

Weekly technical reviews happen every Thursday morning, where we discuss challenges we're facing and share solutions that worked well. These sessions often spark ideas for optimizing our blockchain protocols or improving user experience.

Team members come from diverse backgrounds – computer science, mathematics, even a former electrical engineer who brings unique insights to our distributed systems work. This variety of perspectives helps us avoid tunnel vision when designing complex technical solutions.

We maintain connections with blockchain developers across the Philippines through monthly meetups and occasional collaboration projects. The local tech community here is growing rapidly, and we enjoy contributing to that momentum while learning from other teams.

Interested in blockchain development opportunities? We periodically expand our team when the right projects align with talented developers.
